Semantic ontology in Web of Object (WoO) creates and provides services in terms of Virtual Objects (VO) and Composite Virtual Object (CVO). Virtualizing the physical devices and resources as well as conceptual entities would form VOs, where CVOs are formed with the interrelated VOs to provide detailed information and services.
Interaction between the physical devices and the smartphone on the physical web standard extends IoT services on WoO platform. Procedural approach for the interaction among the physical device, smartphone and WoO application server has been presented. A conceptual semantic ontology model for information reusability and interoperability among the VOs, the functional model of WoO platform and an implementation architecture have been presented.
